She will only be able to live within people's minds as part of the early vtubing nostalgia. It's been almost 5 years now. cover has changed, she has changed, and so has the rest of the vtuber landscape. Despite the dorito buff, longterm she would just die on the inside while getting caught up in the suits' shenanigans.
Best compromise I could see work out for her would be an occasional appearance at 3D lives or special events as an affiliate. Anything beyond that would be just poison for her.
