Nobody fucking knows. Has to be from her end as there's no way in hell EN hasn't reached out, and she already interacts heavily with EOPs, albeit to a lesser degree.

I think Coco is not going to extend the offer and as far as I know... There is a culture in Hololive where you are supposed to wait for the Senpai to ask not unless it is suggested by Management or you guys are friends already. Coco only did collabs with friends and Senpais. I don't think she wants to extend the offer yet.

As far as I understand it pretty much everything girls want to do have to go through the managers first, the company is based in Japan and copyright laws work differently than in US or EU, for example they need an explicit permission for a company to stream video games and its the managers job to obtain them. That's why I think Calli and Ina still didn't play Bloodborne together even thought they were planning it basically since the debut, it's because Sony/Fromsoftware/Someone doesn't want to give Hololive permissions to stream their games.
