When the fanbase was much larger in 2022, people were clamoring for EN3 because the stream frequency of some of the talents was getting a bit slow and people wanted more big group streams. Some of the most viewed streams are those during branch events, and the lack of talent in EN means that everyone has to be there or the event is slow and little happens. Compare it to the JP side where they had 35 talents within 3 years while EN had 11 (minus Sana so 10). Why? Who thought it would be a good idea to put such a hard cap on a branch that absolutely exploded the scene worldwide? People just started to move away from it when the branch was floundering and now it takes something like a graduation or management forcing them for everyone to actually get on and hang out playing a game together in EN.
