Lots of fans see her as using the model to do nothing notable with it, not even an original song or 3D live other than the mandatory one she did for her 3D debut despite having an amazing vtuber model. Lots of envious indies who didn't get selected see her as someone who is just gliding along instead of actually using the opportunity of a lifetime to really set herself up for success in the long run like they would've. In both cases, she is seen as someone who is just there for a paycheck and nothing more. Out of all the places she could've been, Hololive, Niji, Phase, etc, she has so much to her disposal, but she leans onto her friends she made as an indie too heavily despite how talentless they are. In the end, Shiori just...exists. She hasn't done anything notable or anything she can rightfully call her own. She has one of the best looking models out there and just refuses to do anything other than just look pretty and be boring.
