Depends on your definition of "survive". Anycolor won't immediately collapse as soon as Kuzuha graduates because they still have hundred other livers making money for them, but the growth will definitely be affected and slowed down because not only he is the most popular liver but he is also part of 2 or more popular Niji groups that receives the concert tours

tl;dr Anycolor can technically survive as long as they only lose one ace and they found new livers to fill in his hole, but they should be worried that him leaving does not cause domino effect and causes more graduations after that
