And b.) Has a whole thing about how she really hates being even faux-mean to friends
She was quite possibly THE worst choice to be a tsundere, however Kiara being a (technically ETL) German would have been even worse because there would be a real chance of people taking the blunt comments and jokes far too seriously (as we have seen seagulls and eggs do already)
Also Mori never had a problem with yuri, but she did hide behind irony for a bit because she was genuinely scared of allowing herself to be, well, genuine
But that's what holo is for, group exposure therapy
And don't be a retard with the "she was actually mean and hurt Kiara!" bs when the whole issue was that Mori got busy, fell out of contact a bit, felt super guilty about it, and then Kiara was basically "wait what you were distant?" because she likes low maintenance friends that she doesn't have to keep 24 hour contact with to keep (which she complained about around the same time Mori was guilty, funnily enough)
