The difference is people use it here to 'out' the person by showing the face when they themselves never attached the 2. Even if someone like Kiara slips up on her roommate's account, its a "slip up" and she never confirmed on Kiara that its her.

These people posted it on their main account admitting that they are them. So its dumb to call it a dox when they literally just posted it themselves.
