Something like this will run you $100 so you should probably be splitting it with a friend anyway. I tried it a few years ago when some rich relatives brought it to a party. It has a certain jelly-like gloss to it that's a lot springier than cheap melons. You see those translucent edges? The texture is exactly what you'd imagine, instead of the flat crunch that shitty $8 honeydews get you. When you bite down lightly, there's the sweetness that shows up in melon candy, but more subtle. Fully organic and natural tasting. Really refreshing treat that I'd recommend trying at least once.
Never tried the red kind that FWMC and Biboo are having, I think too much cheap watermelon ruined it for me, but I can absolutely believe the hype.
