At first I thought this was a ludicrous amount to pay someone for the position but if she is going to do that full time...that's below minimum wage in America.

It's the alpha male coaching scam but with vtubers on it instead.
What she offers in time is less than a day's work over a whole month. It's not a manager it's an overcharged coach/consultant.
She can manage 10+ people at the same time, without putting almost any work into it.

Looks like my initial reaction was right.
Well, if people are paying for it, I'm not sure how it'd help them but go for it I guess.
I'm just thinking if I put money down for this kind of service I'd expect thumbnails, art widgets for the model and advertising which the last one especially is extraordinarily time consuming because you're competing against every other business on Earth.
Might as well make a small corpo out of it if you're trying to manage people.

Even in Hololive a Manager has 2-3 Talents. It's not uncommon for Manager to have a bunch of Talents then it works out. They are not there to babysit the talents but to make sure they get good opportunities.

Funny thing is that chuubas don't even need a manager until they're in the upper echelon of the scene. Even then some of the girls will tell you that they find it unnecessary.

This isn't a management service, this is a consulting service. There's no channel management, no twitter management, no email management, etc. being offered. It's just a 2hr call where she'll review your channel and give "tips", oh and also refer you to her artist/rigger/editor friends.
