The smart move would be to do nothing out of the ordinary - just business as usual, doing ordinary streams which wouldn't be out of place on a Wednesday evening in NA prime time. The "petty but honestly not that dumb" option would be to have half the livers in the branch do gaming streams in that same time slot, even if for no other reason that to make sure they're too busy with their own streams to watch Mint's special stream.
Of course, the stupid option would be to have an Important Announcement™ or Claude's 3D debut in that same time slot, so that's probably what they'll end up doing. If they don't do that, and instead do normal streams, chances are at least one of the normal streams will have an order of magnitude more bots than normal in a desperate attempt to make that "normal" stream have a higher CCV than the special stream of an ex-member who not only spoke ill of the company, but also joined a rival company.
Because, you know, nobody's gonna find it sus if Elira's "Disproportionately Story-Rich JRPG Part 4859" stream somehow gets over a quarter million viewers (and under $250 in superchat revenue)
