A reasonable person would conclude from all of this that Marine is at the very least overweight if not straight up fat.
Now you could use those old photos as proof that she isn't fat, but it is unreasonable to expect that she still looks like that since a lot can change in 2 years.
You could also argue that other Holos have said she isn't fat or even slim, but they have no incentive to and in fact have every incentive to complement her on her appearance since it makes them seem nice where as calling her fat would make them seem bitchy.
Unless you can come up with a reasonable counter argument, the only logical conclusion to all of this is that she is fat.
This will of course all be completely ignored, since it is easier to just dismiss people you disagree with than to provide proof or arguments in your favour.
