Gura: Only cites disagreements with management and company direction, doesn't ask people not to spread rumors or negativity, doesn't apologize.
Fauna: Same as Gura with the added bonus of "I'm not leaving because I don't want to be here and I'm not leaving because I don't want to be an idol " which makes it sound as if she's being sacked or bullied out of the company
