1. Melody has been streaming regularly as of late. Collabs include AltSpace with Shylily, Vex, & Fefe and she has been raiding and getting raided by multiple ex-Vshojo members, including Henya, Froot, and Michi, the latter talking extensively favorable towards Mel during their subathon. These moments though don't matter much, as imo, the ultimate factor in the social court here is Ironmouse's word on her, considering she is the most involved member in the current litigation.
2. If the relationship between "Melody" and "Apek" is proven to be true (which current legally-obtainable evidence points to), then, at the very least, there is a high probability that she is an accessory/witness to the financial mismanagement of VShojo, if/and including the embezzlement of $500k of charity funds. Depending on how far said involvement is, she in particular is facing civil and/or federal charges.
3. As is already suggested here multiple times, no new information will spring from this litigation from any one involved for quite some time, especially since progress lately has been halted due to slow communication with the defendant(s). That being said, 'word on the vine' slips out that a small development available to the public is coming soon; ETA December.
Speaking in my opinion again, I truly do hope Mel is not involved in most of this. Within the OF/Fansly community, she still [somehow] holds potential that can be useful.
