Deals non-elemental magic damage and inflicts stop on all opponents. It has a Spell Power of 97, is unblockable, and ignores split damage.
That bit about ignoring split damage is from ff wiki, so idk how valid it is. But if it's true, then it's actually better than multi target spells. Spells damage is reduced by half if hitting multiple targets.
