While this could just be a studio that she hired for opening packages, please notice the floor. It is rubbery. When she streamed with Alana last time, she mentioned that her floors were anti-slippery/rubbery which was why she copuldn't moonwalk properly on them.
Of course, this could just be a coincidence. After all, we have other things that suggest that she is streaming from her own apartment. Things like her shower breaking down recently, or her setting fire to her mail during a stream. I for one have never heard of a studio that had a kitchen. And foremost, there are her feet pics. In those pics we can clearly see that she has drywood floors, not the floors we see in this image.
So what does all this mean? Does she have a stduio AND an apartment? Maybe she only uses the studio when she invites people over Why would she have randomly just happened to be in her apartment when she sent the feet pics? Or, had she taken that feet picture at some other time and just sent it to Layna from the studio?
Of course, on top of all of that we have to remember that you can refer to an apartment as a studio, expecially if you work from it. If you consider Filian working from her laptop and her room every day, then it would make sense for her to call her own apartment her studio since she worked from home.
