>>105256390as much as i'd like to say shiori because her model wasn't just a waste in general but specifically because it's so completely different from the person with immense distracting incongruity, someone like omega or vesper is likely the real answer because of how they weren't actually used. hard to be objective because the insult of shiori being a bad fit lives on, but that's all it is, insult, not "waste" in a good faith interpretation.
i think vesper will win. omega, even if they hadn't been so thoroughly hated, was never intended to be a full-on talent with presence, so vesper, despite getting 1? or was it 2? streams out of his is the bigger true waste because of how much more wasted opportunity cost there is to consider.
