According to one of her self loathing meltdowns, Niji staff was harsh and did a LOT to drive her ego into the gutter. Constantly saying her numbers weren't good enough, and because they're not good enough, she doesn't deserve things, etc. etc.
This is despite being the #1/#2 female in the branch ahead of everyone but luxnoc
