Ina and Omega would've take a two week vacation just to think things through and readjust their expectations for Hololive EN. Council would've flopped even worse than it did due to the boyfriend yabs, as the specter of Ollie's final yab kept everyone on edge.
Niji Supremacy would've taken off even sooner, with people fleeing idolfaggotry after accepting that chubas are just ethots with anime avatars. Hana would be held up as the patron saint of en vtubing who martyred her numbers trying to save the deluded masses. Finana would still be disgusting. Petra would still be a flop. But even they'd have increased numbers just by hitting the opposite ends of the seisou-degenerate spectrum for Hololive refugees.
Also, ID2 would've fared better by having a genuinely likeable third chuba, thereby benefitting my favorite ID (Reine) and hopefully resulting in her having greater numbers than she does now.
tldr There's no timelines that are good for all chubas except the ones where Ollie didn't get into hololive.
