It can ruin an otherwise good vtuber because it takes away focus from the vtuber and puts it on the chat. I see why they do it of course, people are more likely to send superchats if they know the vtuber is going to be forced to hear it instead of potentially sending a poem across 30 superchats and being completely ignored. But if you want to be a good streamer that's a sacrifice you should be willing to make. Read the chats out loud yourself or don't read them at all, but don't use TTS.
