The cost of song itself is 3-5k or really 300-500k yen. Add another 300-500 for musicians and recording. So now you have around 1,000,000 yen as ballpark for the audio itself not counting practice, publication and so on. I don't fucking know what is that in USD because how volatile yen is, but this is a common figure in Idol industry.
The animation cost varies. Barely there PPT tier probably cost under 1k, but the top end animation probably cost well over 15k dollar. Upfront cost are kind of important and high level CG usually hurt the wallet the most. You can expect 30k even 50k, I'm not too familiar with this or Hololive AMV.
But to think single AMV would cost 200,000 dollar is silly.
