If someone else builds a new one that is more efficient, PPP will be ignored and drama can happen. Only way to fix it is for Ame to rebuild it and that cant happen, because it means loosing to chat and we cant have that.
Endermen farms are too much effort to go there and head back, and none of them need that much EXP atm, since none of them knows how to get the best enchantments but rather buy gear with random enchants from villagers instead.
