Ina returned from the suspension in early 2023 and soon after that Ame and Gura both released dakis as merch. Gura hating management because of behind the scenes fights would explain so much of her actions. After the recent 8 talent graduation wave it's actually shocking how bad Cover is at settling contract disputes.
tldr: Gura did not like Hololive forcing sleazy degrading vtuber designs on her friends which caused fights with management that went on for years.
