PUBG. why do HoloID avoid this game eventhough it's a buff game in Indonesia? Apex interactions are boring af (the game itself is pretty fun if I'm a player, but not as fun to watch as a viewer). Pekkers stream this game like 1 month ago, so no "permission excuse". If the girls are hopeless, can I just get a male ID chuuba playing this? Onegai Cover T_T

PUBG is declining for sure, but no similar game has ever come close to its peak. The millennials are still playing it while the zoomer kids are moving to Freefire (no PC version available). I think Valorant is more popular than Apex for now. PUBG montages and stream highlights are hilarious, I like apex but it produces boring montages.

They have permissions, and Gamers used to play the game constantly (before ARK and Apex, PUBG was its own all-consuming black hole in Hololive). It had a few really shit updates and most everyone dropped the game. I don't just mean Cover; Japan as a country pretty much dropped it and moved to Apex, which they find more appealing.
I don't know what makes it a buff game in ID, but Apex is a bigger buff in JP and EN.

PUBG was Nijisanji's FPSfags main game until PUBG died and Apex came.
I would not say Apex is a specific buff to EN and ID, but thanks to it being Japan's national pasttime to the point where some of Japan's biggest idols and musicians are playing the game with fucking vtubers, everyone else plays it too.

Moona once tried to play PUBG with Moonafics but for whatever reason, her computer was unable to load the game. It was a blessing tho since the chat at that day was so obnoxiously filled with retarded Indo zoomer and they filtering themselves out once Moona changed the game

Everytime I went back to it, it was still running like absolute shit and then I gave up, don't know anyone who still plays anymore. I assumed it would have hit a point where game queues weren't instant and it would have just immediately death spiraled by now.

Because HoloID's gaming skills (especially FPS skills) are really that piss poor. An FPS stream will become boring very quickly if the streamer just dies every 5 second, which is why HoloID only occasionally plays FPS while preferring to play the same bland, mainstream, gaming/zatsudan "chill" shits like minecraft.

That also goes for the rest of Hololive.
