Yes but only in hindsight. Niji was THE vtuber company back in 2019, everyone was trying to apply there, and also she was sending applications to all existing agencies. I'm pretty sure both Marine and Pekora tried to apply to Niji first as well before they got hired at Hololive.

She definitely wouldn't have lasted since manjisanji doesn't give a shit about their girls.

No one accepted that, not even Holo.
Hololive was willing to add her to INNK under a 'condition' (likely acquiring ownership of 'Hoshimachi Suisei') but she refused. Only when she was out of options did she go back to Holo and agree to their terms.

Niji was the larger corpo back then.
Holo was only Sora and A-chan, and later built on nepohires. Suisei was initially a flop, as well as Miko, until they joined Hololive branch.
