Pippa made the Nyana Sextyn9 design that looks nothing like Nyana Banyana.
Again, there is nothing stopping Nyana on claiming full copyright, or actually copyrighting through the US copyright office the design.
Then again why even register it? There arent gonna by 10 copycats showing up on twitch, and even if she did the US can do fuck all about chink bootleg merch, even hololive can do fuck all about it.
Bottom line i see nether as a problem, more likely she wanted to be part of the clique, hang around with the girls and take part in events and shit, she managed to actually realize her dream of debuting so she went for another one, if things shit the bed she can fall back on the old channel.
