The reason being that back in the 2000s when most of those women grew up in their childhood, gaming is all about male hobbies. Males have been gaming since their childhood from the 2000s while those women probably only started playing games around early to mid 2010s when it's become more socially acceptable for women to play games. That's why, generaly women are not as good at playing games than men.
Of course there will always be an exception, but I am talking about averages here.
Also, even if a woman do actually play video games, what they play is most likely not the same as what the majority of males plays.
You have to know that those vtuber is not playing the games that they actually like. They play the game that they think their audience will like.
