PhaseCon is probably Fishman's last ditch effort to make PhaseConnect blow up into something more than a headache before he throws in the towel, prompting Anya to try to back out before her debut because she realized she joined at the worst possible time, and causing Dizzy to meltdown because she's in-the-know about how bleak the future looks for Phase and doesn't know what she's going to do if it goes tits up. All the other girls are either hella ignorant to what's going on or doing a better job of keeping their shit together until the end.
