I already know you will disagree with these placements (because you simply don't understand women/can't see the dynamics/simply haven't watched enough of them to figure out how they are actually viewed/were viewed in the EN social group) but I am confident that I can explain every single placement if asked
To explain the ranking in woman social group terms:
S-tier - these are women who (even if they themselves don't seem like this to men or don't even think of themselves like this) are in the position of being the de-facto most-respected queen bitches of the group on whose word most of the other women hang and who are both the most well-connected in the group, well regarded and who other women idolize and aspire towards and are very defensive over. They simultaneously women who carry themselves with confidence and have some level of stoic 'this bitch doesn't take any shit' quality to them but also are very social and have many friends and connections at the same time. It is no coincidence that both of these women regularly have people stay over at their places, do things for the other women (such as the massages with Kronii) and have been pined after by the likes of Kiara (don't mistake this behavior for some kind of muh yuri shipping bullshit, it unironically speaks to how women act towards queen bitch women and indicates insecurity and jealousy - women are big on self-inserting in a way that men aren't)
A-tier - these are women who are well-liked and highly connected to all the other women and are in the inner circle of the queen bitches, they are also inspirational to lower women but to a lesser extent than S-tier. These women are kind of like the busybody inner guard/hens of the group who involve themselves with the rest and keep the peace whereas the S-tier stacys can just rest on their laurels and have people flock to them if they want.
B-tier - these are the generally well-liked women in the group in good social standing who are inoffensive and act as the general group, aspiring to the queen bitches but not challenging them and being generally liked by everyone (it's possible for a woman to fall down from this basic level and I believe Fauna was a B-tier earlier on before Kronii, being a queen bitch, set the marching orders when she slipped up for whatever reason). A woman can also simply fade away and move out of the social circle in this category without really making any waves as in the case of Mumei. Men can often mistakenly view women in this tier as stacys (such as Nerissa) simply due to the fact that said women are well-liked and can have mini followings of their own - but queen bitch status takes more than that.
C-tier - these are the women who aren't fully liked by everyone in the group, maybe even viewed as questionable and kind of odd or weird but still have a usefulness to the group and may even be respected by the group for a particular usefulness (as in the case of Ame), it can however also be a begrudging respect and where the woman has some connection that makes them hard to banish to D-tier even if the other women want it (as in the case of Gura) - women can ascend into B-tier here if they become well liked and respected enough but they can more easily drop into D-tier
D-tier - these are the women who are largely disliked by the group as viewed as losers and weirdos with little social standing or outright threats because they are too obviously in competition with the queen bitches. The women in this tier can often have followings (with men and other outside beckys) all on their own but as long as they are still within a social group with established stacys, they are not viewed as stacys themselves but just uppity bitches challenging the den mothers who need to be put in their place or avoided entirely until they get the message and go away. A woman doesn't even need to do anything really antagonistic to be in this tier, sometimes they can simply be viewed as just too weird and annoying to be around and banished here by default (as in the case of Mococo and Sana) - a facet of this tier that men misunderstand is that the stacys themselves don't even need to dislike the women in this tier since it can just be the follower women who are busying themselves with protecting the stacys who take some issue with said woman (in fact, a stacy being 'chill like that' can even be viewed as another thing that makes them a queen bitch by the lower women even if they think it's best for the stacy if the busybodies remove the woman she is 'too nice about')
