SRs = the R or RR art, but without the borders. They do look cool.
URs = alternate art, often alternate outfits.
Same thing with oshis
OSR = "normal" oshi but still foil and borderless because they're somewhat rarer than most cards. You're guaranteed a full set if you buy a case for a release though.
OUR = oshi ultra rare, sick alternate art, worth hundreds for most girls.
