>>106058108Wanted to give you a separate response because might be lenghty. Below will be example changes purely for upping numbers. I do NOT think she should do all/most of these.
1. More F4M/appealing to male tastes:
Pillow has only ever done ONE F4M stream (bratty imouto), and it is currently unlisted with no plans to do more. Female viewers exist, but you do much better appealing to the tastes of the majority male audience. I'm not asking her to start doing NSFW baiting, but you can do plenty in the SFW space.
2. Hop on more trending topics/games:
Unfortunate truth is that people like to see their streamers engage with popular things. She will have to play more relevant games much more often. She will have to watch shows and movies as they come out to talk about them on stream. As much as I love the minecraft server, the time for that was 2 years ago. Almost zero new viewers are coming in for that stuff in 2025.
3. Increase presence on other socials:
You will not grow as a streamer by only streaming. Post clips and make people who dont watch streams want to tune in.
4. Clipfarm:
Explained in original post. Even if it seems fake, it gives people something to remember and talk about. It gives sources for fanart and clips. It makes people want to catch the next stream.
5. Start posting more regular YT videos:
Not everyone watches streams. Not everyone wants to watch vods for multiple reasons. She has to stop going months without an ASMR video (stream vods do not count). She is bleeding viewers and subs when she does this.
6. Better stream topics/segments:
Harder to define concretely, but not many people are interested in painting fake nails unless they already like you. Same with comfy mornings. One thing she does have is VR Chat streams. This is where her appeal shines the most. ASMR 101 was also a good series and brough in new viewers from the collab. She should try and start that again.
7. Increase audience interactivity:
Kind of an offshoot of the previous one, but get your viewers more involved. Let them send you games and art to play/view on stream. Let them name your Pokemon or set challenges for you in games. I hate react content, but maybe even watch a short video now and then. Anything to make the screen between you and the viewers disappear.
8. Stream highlights:
Kinda like clipping, but maybe extract parts of your streams to longform content. For gaming streams, for example, you could take the highlights and make one edited video. 5 hours of Pokemon Z-A? Spread that out to multiple uploads and get people invested in each part of the playthrough.
