but like another anon said it's always up to the streamer. Some streamers love tangia and random clips/sounds playing to react to and interact with chat through. Others just... don't enable it or never install it to begin with.
There's also plenty of objectively good plugins like Crowd Control and other twitch-integrated games, which allows chat to directly interact with the streamer/stream in fun ways.
Kukoro is my personal favorite for twitch interactive games, which has a ton of asymmetrical games for chat to play with the streamer through chat commands.
