The first two vehemently avoid porn and sex topics, and the latter actually makes creative skits and rarely does sex jokes beyond "deez nuts." The latter is only on twitch but the first two multistream I think.
Also if you're okay with m*les, Shindigs and Owoslab are barely vtubers, but they do really cool shit with a model on screen. Shindigs's streams are him coding creative toys for Twitch chat to control, and Owoslab is constantly creating machines. Both of them have youtube highlights channels if twitch is a problem.
