If it was a fairly fast moving relationship that was only in the early stages during her (re)debut, then that's a completely different ballgame than if she was with the guy for years. And either way, coming out and being honest about it when it gets truly serious seems more moral than continuing to lie about it.
See, I'm not gonna say you can't lose interest because of it. People will lose interest in a vtuber for all sorts of mundane reasons. I just think it's silly to try to spin it up as some grand morality thing when you and I and everyone else knows that it's as gray as anything else going on in this industry.
