I'm trying to tell you that neither character can be called a copy of anything because they both go for some of the most generic design choices for a character in the archetype.
It's easy to hit all of the same design choices if you just put a bunch of the variants for the style into a roulette and spin it to see what you come up with, ESPECIALLY when you add just vtubers into the mix.
A lot of the overall design choices are common not just in the style, but in vtubers in general.

Your points are no different than calling any vtuber with a jirai kei style after 2022 a clone of the girl from Needy Streamer Overdose, it's such a generic style that you WILL have a lot of similarities between them.
You'd have a point if we were talking about western artists, since the style is not nearly as common, but it's such a common style among Japanese artists that you will inevitably have similarities.
