A) Comfy chuubas who do their best to stay out of drama and are mostly isolated (Nimi, Limealicious, ERB, Raora, Shiori)
B) Chuubas with communities known for group projects/activities (Mint, Dokibird, Ina, Bae)
Really the best thing you can do though is to find a chuuba who likes an activity you do and start from there. Each streamer has their own focus which attracts more people like them, and it'll be easier to settle in if you have common ground with the group already.
That said, I'd probably recommend Laimu or one of the bigger ex-corpos like Mint/Dokibird/Nimi if you have no idea going in since the ex-corpo fans tend to be super chill after cutting off the tribalfags.
