4chan has two systems that (for a spammer) discourage re-using images.
1- People with a script can block the image's hash
2- 4chan itself will block posting if the image already exists in an active thread
So I think they're running every image though IMG2IMG to bypass that as part of an automated process. They're doing it with high denoise for some reason so it looks like shit, too.
You could run it at 0.01 denoise and it would still work for the purpose, but nobody would be able to tell.

The damage from this sort of thing is less in direct subscriber loss and more in loss of growth.

I don't think Malice is doing anything wrong, but Willy and croc had pretty significant fanbases in their PL, and Bibi's archetype (subby maid basically) has wider appeal than Malice's, so I think how things are kinda makes sense, and Malice is my favorite in the gen. Sinon has ESL debuff and ASMR is a bit more niche of an appeal as well. I think they're all settling in nicely though.
