>>106623635I want Phase to remain a private and nimble vtubing agency, that way their creative vision and company culture doesn't get subjugated or obfuscated by the demand and agenda of shareholders and their board of directors.
Honestly, I want them to grow slower, capitalizing on higher quality and value merch sales and sponsorship and collab arrangements maybe perhaps gradually expanding into tea and soda products and other high margin, long shelf life and non perishable snack food items.
As well as to continue to recruit multifaceted self sustainable talents with reasonable contracts that plan on sticking around the company for 3+ years and also have other skillsets that help with management, production and administrative duties to lower overhead, keeping their talent pool to around 50-60 steamers, retiring and debuting new ones every 4-5 years.
I know Sakana talked about selling the company later on, when it hit a market value and revenue stream threshold and I do realize Sakana and his co-founder friend(s) might not be sticking around with the company for like 10+ years, but it would be nice if they set it up so the corpo's culture and core values are preserved and cultivated.
If Sakana ever decides to step down as CEO or announce his replacement, its still going to suck and Phase won't ever feel like the same corpo.
