If it succeeded in Indonesian, I imagine it could reach similar success in Latin America which has 430 million Spanish speakers, who are famously weeaboos on a clinical level.

We've talked about this, the only ES vtubers that have ever been worth a damn have been two japanese women who happened to speak Spanish as a second language, one of them probably won't even think of joining Hololive and the other had drama over disliking her Spanish viewers because of the fact she didn't think her Spanish streams would catch on and now they're the only ones that get her any viewers.
The rest are all unironic backstabbing bitches who are willing to dox each other to get ahead.

The audience is sort of there, but Mexico is not like the US were you are considered either a normalfag or a weeb with no distinction. In mexico, a lot of people grew up watching anime and do think of it fondly, but outside of DBZ and maybe Saint Seiya, everything is treated as cartoons. Yeah you liked them and enjoyed them but you left them behind as you became an adult

Let me tell you something. Idol corp (that small corp from Israel that got Braved) once tried an ES gen. Its fanbase immediately got so bad that all talents moved away from regular streams in Spanish and the girls who didn't speak English started learning it.
Now, imagine that shitshow on a Hololive scale.

As for the rest of the gen, when they introduced their membership prices it killed some of their momentum and then when they were bought by Brave they had to switch to English almost entirely killing Koa's fanbase
