Basically in addition to all the wasei-eigo/gairaigo that are easy for english speakers to learn, all the kanji and onyomi readings are easy too. Hardest part is just the grammar.

It's probably laziness on the employee's part. Gura said management told her she was asking for too many permissions and to play stuff she already had permissions for. They want to do the bare minimum and only work to get game permissions whenever a new hot game is released and then let ALL the talents stream it and wait for the next one.
