The longer eyes are on their ads, the more they're worth. As far as they're concerned, 10k for 1 hour and 1k for 10 hours are effectively the same worth.

Most streamers I've seen when talking about metrics generally go with either subs, watch hours, or raw view counts. ccv is almost never brought up.

Hell, Mint averaged around 5-6k last year and was talking about how a bunch of sponsorships/corpo collabs she applied for refused to work with her because of how she was "too small" sub-wise. The CCV wasn't a factor at all.

if you stream for 1 hour per year and have 1 million ccv I think it's safe to say you're more influential than if you stream 1000 hours per year but only a thousand people watch you, even though you have the same watch hours
