Make her have a dedicated sleep schedule that if she misses, she can't stream. I have a few video game suggestions too. Have her change how she reads SCs so it's only Pinks and reds she reads during streams. Maybe fewer songs but ones she's more passionate about, but I'd need to see her dev pipeline and know more before I made that a rule.
Encourage more collabs in the non-vtuber space like JP TV if I could. Make her shill her own songs more.
Get her a proper 2 PC setup so 1 PC is just a gameplaying capture card and the other runs the streams. Simplified enough that even she can't have tech problems with it. Wires Catproofed so she can open the door to her cats during stream.
A second laptop setup so she can easily travel and still stream. This second setup would double as her offcollab setup at her house so she can invite offcollabs to her house more often and with less hassle. If I'm a Hololive manager I should be able to pull strings at the studio to get studio handcam streams less of a hassle with a setup there too.
I think I'd be able to cut through a lot of redtape bullshit, so I'd either get fired quickly for causing a stir or really make things better for everyone in EN.
