The subject fabricated images that evoked serious concerns regarding the life or safety of the affiliated talent, and also disseminated false facts about the affiliated talent on SNS services, thereby violating the honorary rights of the affiliated talent and the copyright of our company. They were committing acts that infringed on business rights. The court also found that these actions violated rights, leading to the identification of the individuals. After the identification, negotiations were held with the subject, and as a result, a settlement was reached with the subject that included the following.
