Jobs are a two way street. Like I said about Niji back when it was relevant, a corpo's job is to provide resources that are worth the pay cut and pumping in your own money to promote an IP that you can't own. If for whatever reason you decide the job isn't worth the pay anymore, then you should be able to leave with no questions asked.
