It's also definitely not a matter of acknowledging terminated livers, or speaking of them in a positive manner. Fulgur spoke about Selen and Zaion on stream (c.f.

>>107025216), mentioning them by name, speaking fondly of the time he spent with them, talking about how they're still doing good as vtubers, and specifically using the present tense to talk about how well they're doing. Kotoka did none of that, only mentioning Zaion by name the time that management "encouraged" Finana and Xsoleil to tell their viewers how much Zaion sucks.
And it's definitely not a sexism thing, what with Mogu not being blacklisted. Their reasoning does not make a lick of sense to me.
