I think its doable desu, maybe something like how you have actors for kids shows (im talking baby shows). They dont swear, they sing happy songs, and they're positive and upbeat. Chat is turned off, only emojis maybe, and the content outside of singing could be something like looking at animals or learning stuff (appropriate for children). Just imagine all the happy kids, maybe a talent might leave one day to do more mature content, but at least they make happy memories.

I know of atleast one edutainment focused vtuber from the youtube videos era, didn't really take off that much besides some collab videos with other vtubers
