In general the people they hired for the earlier gens were weirder, they were outsiders and innovators. They got into vtubing because they didn't fit in elsewhere, even though they don't have talent or resilience.
The people they hired for the later gens were more normal, they saw vtubers exploding and got into the action. They are generally better streamers than the earlier gens.
