If Tenma bails with Pippa, Lia and Uruka will leave
If Lia and Uruka leave, you would probably see Hime, Airi, Bibi, Eimi, Malice be unhappy and consider leaving
If all those people leave, Lumi might leave because those are her girls that helped bring her in (or she might stay because she would be like "I am the king of the castle now no more pesky Origins). If Lumi left, then Jelly at minimum leaves.
It could get messy if the right dominos fell the right way.
