If you really want to do something though, just keep mentioning other VTubers that did the same thing she's doing, but only, like, once a month, so it isn't obvious. Just say, "X was really funny when she played this game too," or, "X loves this game too, you two should collab."
Then she'll be like, "don't bring up other streamers, it's rude," but it won't matter because you'll have already left, only coming back the next day or so. Then repeat until someone bans you, at which point you leave forever.
