Streaming is probably the best job in the world for Meniere's disease.
For Meniere's disease, you want everything to happen on your terms,
>how long you work (usually very short hours)
>when you work
>taking sporadic breaks during heavy episodes that can last days
>no quotas or expectations
>no high cognitive function needed
It's kind of crazy how compatible it is.
Anyone who suffers from vertigo would give up an arm or leg to have that kind of job.
The condition is that delibitating and usually very unpredictable, especially in its later stages.

It's very unrealistic that she'll find an employer in Japan who is willing to make very large concessions to accomodate her health.

I really hate to be that guy but she is infuriatingly stupid.
If I were her friend I'd slap the shit out of her for doing something so extremely stupid.

My (realistic) hope is that she is going to regret it very soon, swallow her pride and reincarnate.
