If you lads allow me to be morbid for a second I think the most interesting thing in this Kanata graduation arc is that usually the other girls have known about it for weeks or even months and have assumedly done quite a bit of the grieving aspect until the fated day occasionally being sad when reminiscing about something or in very specific moments and then we the fans get surprised by the graduation announcement.

There is no evidence she didn't talk to any Holo about graduation prior to announcement other than her own words. I don't believe there is not a single Holo she would not trust to tell them about it.
